Robert M. Williamson, Esq.

With over two decades of experience in estate planning, probate administration, residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as business law and entity formation, Bob brings an abundance of expertise and attention to every matter. Bob understands that legal needs are as unique as the individuals who require them. That's why, at the Law Office of Robert M. Williamson, PC, Bob and his dedicated team go beyond the one-size-fits-all approach that has become all too common in the legal world today. We take the time to truly understand our clients— their personal stories, their concerns, and their specific goals. In a marketplace where legal services are increasingly treated as generic, off-the-shelf products, Bob is committed to delivering customized, thoughtful counsel that puts his clients' needs first.

Bob is a 1990 graduate from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, majoring in Environmental Design. After graduation, Bob co-founded an environmental consulting company where he worked and served as President for several years. Bob began his study of law in 1997 at the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover MA. Upon being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1999, Bob co-founded the Law Office of Sargent and Williamson with his law partner and eventual First Justice of the Clinton District Court, Dennis P. Sargent. Bob later joined Fletcher Tilton, P.C. in Worcester MA and eventually taking a position as part of the in-house counsel team at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.  Bob also has over a decade of commercial lending experience achieving the designation of Senior Vice President.

Bob is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
